• We are sorry we have a “NO” exchange & refund policy. Products can be exchanged (if the article is defective/wrong article) within 10 days of purchase. There is an exchange form provided here fill it and send it to us along with the articles to be exchanged, or contact us at care@hopfair.pk for help. The articles must be exchanged within 10 days of receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.

  • Shipping costs on returnable items are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles.
  • We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defected product) as approved by the company will be processed within 10 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you may choose any other article of equal value from the website.
  • You may request for cancellation of your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, with a tracking number so that you can track your order.
